What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Website:
• VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards (international and local) are accepted on our website. American Express is not accepted. Payments are processed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (7 TTD = 1 USD), the final amount will appear in your local currency, according to your bank’s exchange rate.

If you experience any issues with card payment, please contact us. We also accept:
 • PayPal (USD)
 • Local bank transfer
 We accept cash only in special cases.

Are your prices in USD or TTD?

Accepted Answer

Prices on our website are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD), with approximate equivalents shown in US Dollars (USD), based on a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 7 TTD.

At checkout, you will be charged in TTD.

VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards (international and local) are accepted. American Express is not accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

 • Cancellation      or change of date more than 7 days before the tour: Full refund
 • Cancellation      or change of date within 7 days of the tour: 50% cancellation      fee
 • Cancellation,      date change, or failure to board within 48 hours of the tour: No      refund

Do you accommodate cruise ship passengers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We monitor cruise schedules and adjust pickup times accordingly. 
Pickup is directly outside the Scarborough Cruise Terminal.

What is your child policy?

Accepted Answer

- Infants (0–3): Free  
- Children (4–8): Half Price

Do your tours require a lot of walking?

Accepted Answer

Most tours involve light walking. If you have mobility concerns, contact us in advance and we’ll tailor the itinerary for you.
